Senior executive with more than 25 years experience in family-owned company management. My skills are applicable to almost any business (small or medium size) as an Interim CEO. No matter what the situation, I am prepared to deal with it in a calm and efficient manner.

Helping a company’s staff through times of uncertainty is one my primary skills. Putting organizations back on track by uncovering and correcting underlying issues, thus creating security and a stronger base for future growth if that is desired.

I have many years in senior level roles, including CEO, COO, and Executive Vice President in a variety of businesses with a concentration in publishing. I have developed organizations in preparation for sale by implementing proper staffing and generating numbers in a positive direction to show potential, allowing for maximization of the value of the assets.

I have a deep understanding of the dynamics of family-owned-and-operated businesses from years of dealing directly with the principals. Dealing successfully with both the business and personal aspects of such situations has been a hallmark of my method of management.
